GeoResources |

| is one of worldwide more than 700 transfer
centres of the Steinbeis-Stiftung für Wirtschaftsförderung (StW). Key objective of StW is the knowledge transfer between university and industry. TransferCentres are based on the cooperation contract between the Ministerium für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Kunst Baden-Württemberg (MWFK) and the StW. GeoResources staff conduct industry consulting, R&D studies funded by industry and fundamental studies funded by research organizations and/or industry. Directors are Prof. Dr. Thilo Bechstädt and PD Dr. Rainer Zühlke. GeoResources has been founded in 2005 at the initiative of Dr. Axel Emmerich and Dr. Michael Seeling, members of the former Basin Analysis Laboratory at the Institute of Geology and Paleontology. Members of GeoResources are staff of the University of Heidelberg or directly employed by GeoResources. |
